These terms govern your use of the Beam Networks marketing website. By using the site you accept them.
2. The products are separate services
This website advertises two products — ISP Billing & Management and Beam SMS. Each is a separate service with its own terms of service, which you agree to when you create an account for that product. Nothing on this site is itself the product.
3. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
4. Intellectual property
The Beam name, logo, and site content belong to Beam Networks. Product documentation and code samples may be used to build integrations with the products they describe.
5. No warranty on marketing content
Information on this site is provided for general guidance. Pricing and product details may change; the authoritative terms are those presented when you sign up for a product.
