Do I need to set up a VPN to connect my routers?
No. Beam devices connect over a managed WireGuard relay, so there is no port forwarding, firewall change, or per-site VPN to configure.
Does Beam support both PPPoE and hotspot customers?
Yes. Beam manages PPPoE and hotspot customers, plans, RADIUS authentication, and a hosted captive portal for hotspot payments.

Yes. You can send from an alphanumeric sender ID (up to 11 characters) or a telephone number with country code.
