Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website.

Draft — pending legal review. This structure is a placeholder. Final wording must be reviewed by counsel against the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 before publication.

1. Who we are

Beam Networks (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the Beam products described on it. You can reach us at hello@beamnetworks.co.ke.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact or demo form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone, company, and message — so we can respond to you.

3. How we measure website traffic

We measure how this website is used with our own first-party, cookie-free analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Plausible, or any third-party tracking script, and we do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

For each page view we record the page path, the referring site, the type of device, and a coarse country derived locally from the connecting network — never a stored IP address. Views within a single day are grouped using a value that is discarded and regenerated daily, so nothing links one day’s visit to another and no individual is identified or profiled. Because there is no persistent identifier and no cookie, there is nothing here that requires a consent banner.

4. How we use information

We use form submissions to respond to enquiries and, where you have asked, to arrange a demo. We use aggregate analytics to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. The two products advertised here — ISP Billing and Beam SMS — are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices, which apply once you sign up for them.

6. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you have rights over your personal data, including access and deletion. Contact us at hello@beamnetworks.co.ke to exercise them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at this URL.
